Yagnesh Ramalingam · Founder & CEO, Zerentro
Your warehouse answers a query in seconds. Your leadership team still brings four numbers to the meeting, and the decision waits. That wait is decision latency. I spent ten years inside it in operating roles, and founded Zerentro to close it.

01 The problem
You have a warehouse, dashboards, an AI assistant and analysts. None of them decides which revenue number counts, or who is allowed to change it. So each team brings its own number, the meeting opens with “whose number is right?”, and the decision waits.

Skip a layer and you get a good demo, then a quiet rollback. The first two need a shared document and a named owner, and nothing you have to buy. Try skipping one.

Governed foundation
Every source is connected, checked and owned. Any number can be traced back to where it came from.
With it
Every source has an owner and a quality check, so any answer can be traced back.

Bring one number. You’ll leave knowing whether it’s a data, definition or ownership problem, and whether you need me at all.
We time five recurring questions and map who owns each number. You get a one-page readout you can put in front of your CFO.
One definition and one owner per metric, sourced answers in Slack or Teams, and analysts who check them.
Decision latency is the time between a leadership question being asked and a trusted answer being acted on. It counts the days spent arguing about whose number is right, not just how fast the data loads.
Because tools give people access to data, not agreement on it. When nobody owns the definition of a metric, each team builds its own version, and each version can be defended.

It’s a call about your number. If Zerentro is the right way to fix it, I’ll say so. If it isn’t, I’ll say that too.
Not to start. A written definition and a named owner come first. Software helps stop those agreements slipping later.
One number. The metric two dashboards disagree on, and who asked about it last, is more than enough. Nothing needs preparing.
Usually not yet. It starts to matter when two teams can each defend a different number and decisions slow down because of it.
