Long: Yagnesh Ramalingam spent ten years in the meetings where leadership teams question the number: running supply chain at Tyson Foods in Mumbai, operations at Porter through a high-growth stretch, and working alongside the CEO as chief of staff at Saras Analytics. In every role the constraint was never access to data but agreement on it. He founded Zerentro in 2025 to fix that: governed data, one written definition and owner per metric, sourced answers delivered in Slack, Teams and email, and analysts who check them. He writes about decision latency, the time from a business question to an answer someone acts on. He studied at IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad.
