Seeing the Unseen. Twice a month.

An article twice a month on what an organisation cannot see about its own decisions, and how it gets from a question to an answer somebody will sign. Written for the person who has to defend the number on Thursday.

What each issue gives you

  • One article, twice a month, and nothing when there is nothing worth sending.
  • A named idea you can carry into a meeting and use out loud.
  • The limits, written down, including where the argument does not hold.
  • Corrections in public when I get something wrong, including about Zerentro.

Common questions

What is Seeing the Unseen?

An article twice a month about the part of a decision an organisation cannot see about itself: the definitions nobody wrote down, the metric with no owner, the weeks that disappear between a question and an answer.

How often does it come out?

Twice a month. If an issue has nothing in it you could act on or argue with, it does not go out.

Where do I read it?

On LinkedIn under the same name, and in the public archive on this page. Email delivery opens once it can be done properly, with a confirmation and a one-click unsubscribe.

Is it about Zerentro?

Occasionally, when building it teaches something worth writing down. It is not a product newsletter.
